General Admission grants timed entry to both WAKE THE DEAD and DEEP FEAR via the main queue line. SpeedPass grants access via a fast-track line, reducing line wait times significantly (up to 75% faster).
Are tickets refundable or transferable?Tickets & Pricing
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, tickets can be rescheduled or transferred to another available date/time slot via the FEARTICKET online self-service portal prior to your ticketed time.
Is NETHERWORLD appropriate for young children?Age Rules
NETHERWORLD is an intense, high-scare theatrical haunted attraction featuring loud audio, gore, darkness, and aggressive monsters. It is NOT recommended for children under 10 years old. Children under 12 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
Are infant strollers or babies allowed inside the haunted house?Age Rules
Strollers, baby carriers, and carrying infants through the attraction are strictly prohibited due to strobe effects, dark tight passageways, and sudden surprise movements.
Is parking free at NETHERWORLD?Parking
Yes! NETHERWORLD provides extensive, well-lit, FREE on-site parking directly at our 1313 Netherworld Way complex in Stone Mountain, GA. Accessible parking spots are available near the main gate.
Is there a designated Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) drop-off zone?Parking
Yes! We have a dedicated Uber & Lyft drop-off and pick-up turnaround loop right next to the Monster Midway entrance. Instruct your driver to follow the "Rideshare Drop-off" signs upon entry.
Do the scare actors or monsters touch guests?Touch Policy
No! Netherworld monsters will invade your personal space, tower over you, and jump out unexpectedly, but they will NEVER touch you. Guests are strictly prohibited from touching actors, animatronics, walls, or props.
Is NETHERWORLD wheelchair accessible?Safety
Yes! All main haunt paths, hallways, and queue lines are ADA compliant and accessible by standard wheelchairs. Electric motor scooters are permitted; however, manual wheelchairs may be recommended for certain textured terrain sections.
Are costumes, masks, or prop weapons permitted for visitors?Safety
For guest safety and quick security identification, full-face masks, costume props, and weapons of any kind (real, fake, or toy) are STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the attractions and Midway.
Does the attraction use strobe lights, fog, or laser effects?Safety
Yes. NETHERWORLD utilizes intense strobe lighting, atmospheric theatrical fog, disorienting lasers, loud sound effects, and sudden motion effects. It is not recommended for guests with epilepsy or heart conditions.
Does NETHERWORLD operate in rainy weather?Weather
Yes! All main haunt attractions are completely indoors and climate-controlled. Queue lines are covered under massive rain-canopy structures. Netherworld operates rain or shine!
