- Haunt Season Booking Rule: Escape rooms operate as Private games year-round, except during October/Haunt Season (Sept–Nov) when games become Public. To guarantee a private room during Haunt Season, buy out all slots.
- Operating Days: Open Wednesday through Sunday.
- Walk-in Policy: Walk-ins accepted Friday starting at 6:00 PM and all day Saturday & Sunday (subject to availability).
- Advance Booking: 4-hour advance online booking required for Wednesday/Thursday and Friday before 6:00 PM.
- Tiered Pricing: Base pricing covers the first 3 players; price per person decreases for 4+ players.
